About the European class

Avalon's flagship Suite Ship class. The cabins are arranged so the bed faces the floor-to-ceiling Panorama Window, and the ship offers an Avalon Choice excursion programme with classic, discovery and active options at every port.

The European hull is operated by a single operator in the river-cruise market. Across the class, 18 vessels have been delivered, the first in 2008 and the most recent in 2024. Each ship in the list below has its own profile page with deck plan, cabin categories and current itineraries.
